(Some tips on controlling the nafs)
1. Practice not sleeping after Fajr. Kailua (light sleep in the afternoon) can be done if necessary.
2. Eat a maximum of three meals a day. In between morning, lunch, and dinner, you should not eat hijab foods like fast food, street food. If you are hungry, you can eat dates and apples.
3. Eat a little less than what you think is enough at mealtime. 4. You should refrain from talking unnecessarily. Before making a comment, think once and for all. If you don't say this, is there a loss?
5. Do hiking-azkar in the morning and evening.
6. It is necessary to practice the prayer of Ishrak.
6. You have to practice reading the Qur'an regularly every day. Maybe 1 ruku to 1 para - any amount.
6. The amount of sleep should be reduced.
9. Practicing exercise for a while after Fajr. If you can't do anything else, jog for 15-20 minutes and take a bath and make it a habit to recite Ishrak prayers.
10. Keep your eyes down. If not, we have to try our best to avoid those places. 11. Less use of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter (social media).
12. Taking a target of Hifz every day. It can be one verse every day But the target must be met. It is very, very important.
13. Especially at night to avoid eating full
14. Before going to sleep at night, perform ablution and perform two rack's of nafl salat and keep reciting Astagfirullah till you fall asleep.
15. Practice Tahajjud prayer regularly. InshaAllah Rabb Kareem will calm your heart. May Allah grant us the grace to act on every word of writing. Amen.
